Krista is proud mom of Tiana Goodrich, married to the love of her life of 15 years Colin, author of “The Boss Lady Investor Book” (available here on Amazon) and The Boss Lady Investor Podcast, adores her two dogs and two horses and spends her free time investing, traveling, working out, boating, scuba diving, riding her motorcycle and seeking out any and all adrenaline-filled adventures. She lives full-time in Daytona Beach. She also runs “The 4-Seasons of Vacation Rental Investments Podcast” where she enjoys podcasting from her homes in West Virginia, Georgia and Montana. Her goal is to help others accomplish their investment goals in any season of their life.

As a co-owner of Salty Dog Vacations, Kym is the Chief Financial Officer and one of the essential pillars of the company. Speaking fluent Vietnamese, Kym was born in Vietnam; where, at the age of five, Kym and her family escaped to the United States as political refugees. Making California her home for over 20 years, she decided to make a change and move to Florida in 1998 to start a new chapter of her life with her two daughters Molly and Samantha. She spent 25 years moving up the ranks eventually becoming President of a Financial Services Institution. She then decided to retire and pursue a career in Real Estate. Within a year, she sparked a passion for investments and joined Krista at Salty Dog Vacations. 

When not working in the office, Kym enjoys cooking for her friends and family, riding her Harley Sportster around Daytona Beach and traveling to new and exciting destinations.

Jordan started off her career in Real Estate five years ago and joined the Salty Dog Vacations Team as their Business Development Specialist in 2022. As a Realtor, she formed a strong business selling flip homes to contractors, second homes to retirees and her favorite; vacation rental properties to investors, which in turn powered her desire to be in property management. Jordan is spearheading Salty Dog’s new owner acquisition program and enjoys guiding new vacation rental homeowners in their investment journey.  

Jordan truly enjoys the beachside lifestyle. You’ll often find her paddle boarding on the Halifax River, riding her motorcycle down Main Street or deep-sea fishing way out on the Florida coast. She’s a Salty Dog at heart with an abundance of knowledge of the local market and zoning regulations.
