99 Problems & the Beach Ain't 1 | My Salty Dog Vacation

Description

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this 3 bed 2 bath apartment centrally located on A1A Beach Front Avenue, with great views of the beach right across the road. Minutes from everything fun to do at the World's Most Famous beach, whether traveling with family or getaway with friends, all will enjoy the open concept living room, comfy bedrooms, gourmet kitchen, or the great covered balcony over looking A1A with great ocean views. Perfect for all the event weeks in Daytona! This property is Pet Friendly with pre-approval and Pet Fee of $25/per pet per day paid prior to arrival. 2 Parking spots are available for this unit. Space is limited in the parking lot due to the business office on the 1st floor.

Damage Waiver Disclaimer:

I. AGREEMENT

On behalf of Salty Dog Vacations, LLC, the party authorized to rent the vacation rental property and the owner of the vacation rental property, Waivo has assumed the responsibility for damages as outlined below and waives Your security deposit up to $2,500, the waiver limit purchased by You, the renter, for your stay at the vacation rental property.

Waivo is hereby responsible for theft or direct damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of Your acts or omissions. Waivo will pay the lesser of the cost of repairs or the cost to replace the property up to $2,500. This waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter for items outside of Waivo’s responsibilities.

This is not an agreement to provide insurance. You are buying a waiver of the security deposit otherwise due as part of Your vacation rental property lease agreement.

II. EXCLUSIONS

This Security Deposit Waiver will not pay for damages or theft resulting from:

1. Acts of God

2. Prior damage, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear

3. Theft without a valid police report if over $250

4. Loss of use of the vacation rental property

5. Rodent, termite, infestation, or wild animal

6. Damage to a motorized vehicle

7. Fine art, collectibles, or sets of items

This Waiver will not pay for damage or theft of property owned by You.

This Waiver will not pay for costs associated with odor, debris removal, backups of sewers and drains, landscaping, marring, maintenance, or mechanical breakdown.

III. CONDITIONS

Waivo has the sole authority to determine the nature and extent of damages, necessary repairs, and eligibility for the waiver, and shall exercise that authority in a reasonable manner.

Waivo reserves the right to determine if damage is eligible for reimbursement at actual cash value.

This Waiver will pay for excessive cleaning, as a direct result of damage, over and above the normal cleaning fee. An irreparable stain or spillage is considered damage.

This Waiver is only effective for a one-time single continuous stay, of up to 90 days, for which You purchased the Waiver. It takes effect when You occupy the vacation rental property and terminates when You depart the same vacation rental property.

This Waiver is only effective if any theft or damage is reported to Waivo by You, the property manager, the online travel agent or the owner of the vacation rental property within 14 days of Your departure from the vacation rental property.

Waivo will not respond to damage or theft under $50 US dollars.

If there is a dispute related to these terms, mediation is required before any party may file litigation. In the event of litigation, all parties waive the right to a jury trial.

IV. DEFINITIONS

You, or Your, is the renter of the vacation rental property and includes the renter’s spouse, children and any other person the renter invited on to the vacation rental property during your stay at the vacation rental property.

A true gem if you're looking for a place to gather that is close to the beach. It's a unique spot with plenty of room for everyone. The ocean view and beach access can't be beat. Very easy check in and check out. Only downside was the construction below that started very early in the morning, with music and a gathering of construction workers right below the sleeping windows. Bring ear plugs. Once they are finished with the downstairs construction I would consider staying there again.

We had some trouble getting in at first. The lock wasn’t working right and the door could use some work, but once you figure it out it’s fine. Do not get there before check in they do such a good job cleaning it’s worth the wait. Parking was tight but the easy walk to the beach and beach chairs and boogies boards available for use made it a great stay! Also loved the abundance is of beach towels available for use. We had a great family vacation! The place is big!

We had some trouble getting in at first. The lock wasn’t working right and the door could use some work, but once you figure it out it’s fine. Do not get there before check in they do such a good job cleaning it’s worth the wait. Parking was tight but the easy walk to the beach and beach chairs and boogies boards available for use made it a great stay! Also loved the abundance is of beach towels available for use. We had a great family vacation! The place is big!

This place is sufficient; clean enough, decorated cute, large space, decent price and responsive host. Could it exceed expectations? Absolutely, with just a little effort, but we felt as though managing this rental had fallen to the wayside for someone. We had a lot of minor inconveniences that added up over the span of our trip to become a thorn. Code didn’t work at check-in, sliding doors on patio wouldn’t open properly so we could enjoy that space like anticipated, rotten food found in cabinet and in sink to question cleanliness, no dishwasher basket so silverware had to be hand washed, not enough silverware in general for all of our guests to use at one time, particular parking request made by host that accommodated everyone except us, and contradicting checkout instructions. Like I mentioned, nothing major if it was just one or two, but eight became noticeable. We’ve certainly stayed at worse rentals, but we’ve also stayed at better.

Great place in Daytona!

This property looks a little underwhelming on the outside. What's inside makes up for it. Everything was clean, beds comfortable, kitchen very well stocked, and plenty of room to spread out. Salty Dog's place was nothing short of amazing. The sun room/lanai out on the back porch was a wonderful place to get some fresh air and view the beach first thing in the mornings. The kitchen had everything you could need and was super clean. Salty was super proactive in messaging about our stay and was very responsive. I admittedly misread the check in time and was about a half hour early, they were super accommodating in allowing us to get in to the place. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone who decided to stay at Daytona.

We stayed at 99 Problems and The Beach Ain't 1 for the college cheer & dance nationals and it was the perfect spot. The place was huge and had so much space for 10 girls all staying together. The place was so clean, and the building felt safe to stay in. We inquired about beach chairs and within an hour they had delivered 6 beach chairs for our use. There were towels for the bathroom and for the beach that were clean and high quality. We also appreciated the recommendations in the binder, we checked out two of the restaurants and they were a huge hit. Communication was clear and responsive which made us feel taken care off. Would definitely recommend staying here.

SO SPACIOUS!!!

It was super spacious, so none of us had to feel like we were on top of each other all week and our stuff didn’t have to sit out in the open. The master bedroom is absolutely gorgeous and the bed in there sleeps like a cloud. Would definitely return.

When we pulled up we were a bit worried as the outside is needing some work, yet. We then understood that this property was recently bought by Salty Dog. The apartment was very clean, and had a great open floor plan. The bed in the master was so comfy I wanted to take it home with me! Overall, great experience and would stay here again.

99 problems and the beach ain’t one was a great stay. We were down for a race at the Daytona International Speedway and we were about 15 minutes from the track. The hosts were very responsive giving us a. List of local events and restaurants. Definitely will be my go-to place to stay while in Daytona! Thanks for the great stay!
