Breathtaking is the only way to describe the views of the ocean unit in one of Daytona's newest luxury buildings. Enjoy lounging or playing at the brand new pool while overlooking the ocean. Fully stocked kitchen and large bedrooms that are perfect for gathering after a day at the beach. Close to dining, drinks, shopping and entertainment. Enjoy a walk or bike ride on the beach, just step outside the building and you will have toes in the sand.

Exquisite luxury in this unit, furniture and decor, are fully stocked and ready for you to enjoy the perfect beach vacation. Walk right onto your balcony and right out to the brand new pool overlooking the ocean.

Guest will be emailed access instructions by 8pm the night of check-in. Instructions will include Lobby and Unit Code instructions. Please note, this building has limited parking. You have one assigned spot in the garage. During busy weeks, holidays and event weeks parking may be difficult for additional vehicles but there are paid overflow lots in the area that may be accessed (also first come first served).

Local property manager, Salty Dog Vacations can help with all your onsite needs.

**Nearby Jet Ski, Beach Equipment and Watersport facilities and activity rentals are available in our area. However these are not directly provided by  Salty Dog Vacations.**

Damage Waiver Disclaimer:

I. AGREEMENT

On behalf of Salty Dog Vacations, LLC, the party authorized to rent the vacation rental property and the owner of the vacation rental property, Waivo has assumed the responsibility for damages as outlined below and waives Your security deposit up to $2,500, the waiver limit purchased by You, the renter, for your stay at the vacation rental property.

Waivo is hereby responsible for theft or direct damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of Your acts or omissions. Waivo will pay the lesser of the cost of repairs or the cost to replace the property up to $2,500. This waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter for items outside of Waivo’s responsibilities.

This is not an agreement to provide insurance. You are buying a waiver of the security deposit otherwise due as part of Your vacation rental property lease agreement.

II. EXCLUSIONS

This Security Deposit Waiver will not pay for damages or theft resulting from:

1. Acts of God

2. Prior damage, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear

3. Theft without a valid police report if over $250

4. Loss of use of the vacation rental property

5. Rodent, termite, infestation, or wild animal

6. Damage to a motorized vehicle

7. Fine art, collectibles, or sets of items

This Waiver will not pay for damage or theft of property owned by You.

This Waiver will not pay for costs associated with odor, debris removal, backups of sewers and drains, landscaping, marring, maintenance, or mechanical breakdown.

III. CONDITIONS

Waivo has the sole authority to determine the nature and extent of damages, necessary repairs, and eligibility for the waiver, and shall exercise that authority in a reasonable manner.

Waivo reserves the right to determine if damage is eligible for reimbursement at actual cash value.

This Waiver will pay for excessive cleaning, as a direct result of damage, over and above the normal cleaning fee. An irreparable stain or spillage is considered damage.

This Waiver is only effective for a one-time single continuous stay, of up to 90 days, for which You purchased the Waiver. It takes effect when You occupy the vacation rental property and terminates when You depart the same vacation rental property.

This Waiver is only effective if any theft or damage is reported to Waivo by You, the property manager, the online travel agent or the owner of the vacation rental property within 14 days of Your departure from the vacation rental property.

Waivo will not respond to damage or theft under $50 US dollars.

If there is a dispute related to these terms, mediation is required before any party may file litigation. In the event of litigation, all parties waive the right to a jury trial.

Wonderful week at A Wave Away, highly recommend! Positive: Wonderful ocean view. The balcony had high seating for an even better view of all the beach activities. Having 3 full bathrooms was perfect for our group. The condo was very nice, well appointed. Plenty of seating. It seemed like it had been updated recently. I would stay here again😊 Negative: There were a couple little things that I told the management company about; the icemaker was broken one of the rooms had a very uncomfortable queen bed, too soft, sunk to the middle. Could have supplied more kitchen trash bags. Overall it was a great experience. Management seemed appreciative of the constructive criticism.

I liked how the condo was well equipped with plenty of bath towels, pool towels, full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash in every bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked too with pretty much everything you'd need to cook meals including seasonings, a few Tupperware, sharp knives, cutting boards, etc. Beyond that, the place was clean, spacious and most of all the view and location were excellent. We had 7 adults and two children staying in the condo and it felt like just enough space for all of us!

We had a wonderful stay at Aruba Condominiums in Daytona Beach. The location is perfect—right on the beach with amazing ocean views and easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The building itself was quiet and felt safe, and the beach access was a huge plus. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and enjoying sunsets from the balcony made the trip extra special. The condo was well stocked, clean, decorated cute. The view was beautiful, overlooking the pool and the ocean. The furniture was comfy and accommodated us perfectly as a family of 5 adults. The area offered easy access to Daytona Beach's restaurants and shopping. It felt safe. The only complaint we had was the internet was spotty at best. Maintenance showed up right away when we asked about it. The very nice gentleman did what he could but only fixed it temporarily. Not a huge deal to our family. We simply connected as a family instead of watching a lot of tv. I would most definitely stay here again. The pool was my favorite spot. The beach was very clean and beautiful. I had never really spent time on the Atlantic before, we usually do the Gulf coast, however, I loved it!

This condo was perfect! Plenty of room for the eight of us. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Lots of beach towels and beach chairs/boogie boards. You’ll have a reserved parking spot in the garage and an additional parking pass for first come first serve parking in their parking lot. My son drove separately and had no issue finding a parking spot all week! You are literally steps away from the beach and there is a pier next door where Crabby Joes is located. We didn’t get a chance to eat there, but the drinks were delicious and the staff friendly. There was also an ice cream truck that drives on the beach each day with lots of options to choose from, including smoothies and slushees! When I arrived home to PA after our vacation I realized that I had left behind a pile of cash. The cleaning staff found it and turned it in! Rent this place - you’ll be glad you did.

Nice Condo, Terrible Parking
Positives: location, beachfront, clean, beds comfortable, responsive, accommodated early check in Negatives: parking and listing accuracy I would stay at this condo building again but ONLy if I knew I only needed 1 car for the week AND was guaranteed an assigned garage spot. Parking is AWFUL in the lot. Often spent 15-20 min waiting for someone to leave which added undue stress to the trip. As I told the owner on the phone, I take issue with how this is glossed over in the listing. Saying parking is limited and offsite parking is available indicates there is an overflow lot that is less convenient, but available. Not the case. We were offered a parking spot at a motel they own that is 3.8 miles away, or he “thought there may be a lot across the street that is 20/day.” We booked a 4 bedroom condo with multiple families and had multiple cars. We would not have booked here had we known HOW BAD the parking is or that only one car could be accommodated. This should be listed honestly on the listing. Moral of the story, not a good option if you’ll have more than 1 car.

We spent 7 nights at this oceanfront condo in Daytona Beach Shores for a family vacation, and it was everything we hoped for. The view was absolutely stunning—nothing beats waking up to the sight and sound of the ocean right outside your window. Beach access was just steps away, which made it super convenient for the kids. We especially loved having access to the pool and hot tub—great options when we needed a break from the sand. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and family-friendly, perfect for relaxing and recharging.

This place was amazing. Better than pictures. My family was at home. We love to cook and the kitchen was perfect. Loved that we had 2 coffee pots. The beach was right outside the sliding doors. Balcony chairs were comfy. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great location! It is literally right on the beach which we loved. Condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed! The only downsides were we did not have access to the fitness center as stated and the hot tub was closed 6/7 days we were there.

We’re so glad you enjoyed the beautiful beachfront location and that the condo had everything you needed. It’s great to hear you loved the décor and the convenience of being right on the sand. We’re sorry the fitness center and hot tub weren’t available during most of your stay. While those amenities are managed by the building and occasionally close for maintenance or repairs, we understand how disappointing it can be when you’re looking forward to using them. They were repairing the hot tub unfortunately but is now fully operational :) We hope the ocean views and beach access made for a wonderful trip overall, and we’d love to welcome you back for another stay when everything is open and ready to enjoy.

Place was great and location easy to get to and from everything we wanted to do. Hair was very responsive. Some of the people that lived in the building weren’t very friendly to renters but otherwise the place was beautiful view was beautiful plenty of room. Would have been nice to have some more supplies like dishwasher detergent garbage bags and things kkke that but know with Airbnb sometimes it’s in you to handle stuff like that but def would go back there and was worth what they charged for sure

Salty Dog went above and beyond. Loved the layout of the rooms and there were tons of amenities in every bathroom, kitchen, and laundry. There were beach towels to use and a restaurant to walk to easily that offered breakfast lunch and dinner. Loved this condo and hope to come back!!

Wonderfuil communication with owner and when we had questions Krista was quick to answer. The condo had great views of the ocean and a wonderful balcony too. It has everything you could need and it was so nice to have the washer and dryer. all the rooms were so nice and comfortable and loved that they had bathrooms with each. Kitchen was stocked well for those who cooks. We would stay again for sure!
