Pool was nice. Floors were filthy with dirt and sand. Showerhead needed replaced, water pressure was horrible. Could not see tv from couch. No table to eat at. No place to put folded clothes. Not informed apartment was on 2nd floor. Bed was comfortable.

Würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen Positive: Die Lage ist super! Negative: Es riecht sehr muffig und der Geruch geht nicht weg. Man bekommt die Feuchtigkeit nicht aus dem Raum. Der Rollo am Fenster ging nicht nach unten. Es war nicht sauber. Viele Utensilien in der Küche musste man erst spülen, bevor man sie nutzen konnte. Manche wollte man lieber gar nicht benutzen. Von beiden Ventilatoren regnete es Staub. Es lag eine Socke von vorherigen Gästen in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung entspricht nicht den Quadratmetern, die in der Beschreibung angegeben sind.

Great Location for walking to beach or food

This is a great Flaglar Beach location ! With so many options for food within walking distance & the beach within walking distance you can’t go wrong !We were here for the July 4th celebrations-parade, music on the green & fireworks @ the airport - we really enjoyed our stay.

the place was nice and clean. good communication, the pool was nice and location was walkable with nearby restaurants. my only 2 issues are the late and early check out and check in times. most airbnb allow much more time. also there are no lights at night and walking upstairs with 0 light is dangerous.

Our Stay Experience

To begin, the studio room was not at the same level as other lodgings in the same complex. The complex is nice enough but room standards within the complex vary significantly. The check in was confusing related to parking...parking at times can be difficult since there is no dedicated parking for guests. There was a problem accessing the room when we first arrived. The key to the room was in a lockbox that was rusted shut. The room key that was supposed to be at the entrance lockbox was missing. When we called for assistance our call went to a call center...luckily a resident of the complex came and pried the lockbox open. At no time did the actual owner reach out to us to see if the issues were resolved. Overall the complex was nice with the courtyard pool and the proximity to everything....there might be a better value for your money someplace else.

This AirBnB is in the heart of downtown Flagler Beach and within 1 1/2 blocks of the Flagler Beach fishing pier and beach. The room is on the second floor but the stairs are not too bad. Because there are less than a dozen rooms in this motel and they all face inward toward palm trees and the swimming pool each having a couple of chairs to sit outside on, the room seems tucked away and mostly private. And the clean shared motel laundry room is a bonus with three washers and three dryers included in the price; do your laundry before you head back home or onward. Just a note, parking is street parking which is best accessed (at least during Spring break) before 10 am or after 5 pm. And it is true there are many restaurants, coffee and tea shops, and the beach are all within a couple of blocks in every direction. You will have to drive to the grocery store (Publix or Winn-Dixie). Another bonus saver is being able to cook your meals and store your fresh or frozen food in your own fridge,

My husband and I recommend this place! The host was super helpful with instructions and responded within minutes every time I messaged her. The place itself is in the most PERFECT spot for Flagler, close to everything. We did not use our car all weekend. We were able to walk to get coffee in the AM, walk to the beach, and walk to dinner. We felt very safe here. The pool was an awesome plus! Most of the day there were other guests in the pool, so we only really got in at night. The bed was super comfy and the size was perfect for what we needed. My only negative complaint is that the floors felt sandy whenever walking around with my shoes off, there was a couple hairs on the toilet when we got there, and my husband complained of a urine smell however I didn’t seem to notice and I am very OCD. I would also recommend bringing an eye mask due to the lights outside staying on all night and it shining in some through the window. Overall, we had a great time and we will hopefully be back!

We parked and got to foot the town day and night. We were close to everything and even got to walk a few steps to get to the beach. A great little gem. Location is perfect for walking around to the shops, restaurants, and beach. The pool was a nice bonus with a tropical feel and nice outdoor space. I hope to return one day!

Absolutely loved Lindsey’s place, super clean and walkable to all the fun things to do in Flagler. Having grown up in Flagler County and coming back for a visit this was the perfect representation of Flagler Beach and an excellent price for the location. The unit is small but perfect for 2 people - very clean and had the all the necessary amenities - comfortable bed, places to sit. full size fridge, stove top, small sink to clean dishes. The pool, although small, was very nice. Parking was easy to find and the beach was quiet and clean. Lindsey was very responsive and she provided clear instructions on how to access the unit. We would definitely recommend and would stay again if we visit the area in the future.

First of all, the place smelled awesome from the moment we stepped inside. It was exactly as described! Everything was within walking distance and the beach was literally out the front door and turn and you were there! I would definitely love to rent it again! Lindsey was sooo responsive. Anytime I had a question she was on it. Excellent customer service. I would rent anything else she may have!

The location is excellent just a few blocks from the pier. You can walk to restaurants and to the beach. The condo was clean, however there was a slight mildew smell. The AC was not on when I arrived and the room was very muggy.If you have allergies or bad knees may not be the best spot. It’s on the second floor and a bunch of stairs. Not much of a view, but you can see the ocean. Nice pool. Could sit outside your door but no view just of the complex. Complex is old, but the room was redone. The location was the best thing about this place. It was clean & the bed was good.

While we were on a working vacation, it was nice to be close to the beach for a week. We had no problems at all while we were there. Glad there were washers and dryers on property. The place was pretty much in the best location. My wife went to the coffee shops in the morning followed that up by the bakeries and a walk on the beach every morning. We never go to chain restaurants while staying away from home. I must say that is one of the hidden gems of Flager Beach. The local eateries are awesome. We only had to contact our host one time. She gave us the rundown on parking in town and around our rental. We had a short conversation and she gave advise quickly so we could get parked and into the rental. If we ever get another chance to be back in Flagler Beach, we will definitely look up this location and some of our hosts other properties!

Pool was nice. Floors were filthy with dirt and sand. Showerhead needed replaced, water pressure was horrible. Could not see tv from couch. No table to eat at. No place to put folded clothes. Not informed apartment was on 2nd floor. Bed was comfortable.

Würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen Positive: Die Lage ist super! Negative: Es riecht sehr muffig und der Geruch geht nicht weg. Man bekommt die Feuchtigkeit nicht aus dem Raum. Der Rollo am Fenster ging nicht nach unten. Es war nicht sauber. Viele Utensilien in der Küche musste man erst spülen, bevor man sie nutzen konnte. Manche wollte man lieber gar nicht benutzen. Von beiden Ventilatoren regnete es Staub. Es lag eine Socke von vorherigen Gästen in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung entspricht nicht den Quadratmetern, die in der Beschreibung angegeben sind.

This is a great Flaglar Beach location ! With so many options for food within walking distance & the beach within walking distance you can’t go wrong !We were here for the July 4th celebrations-parade, music on the green & fireworks @ the airport - we really enjoyed our stay.

the place was nice and clean. good communication, the pool was nice and location was walkable with nearby restaurants. my only 2 issues are the late and early check out and check in times. most airbnb allow much more time. also there are no lights at night and walking upstairs with 0 light is dangerous.

To begin, the studio room was not at the same level as other lodgings in the same complex. The complex is nice enough but room standards within the complex vary significantly. The check in was confusing related to parking...parking at times can be difficult since there is no dedicated parking for guests. There was a problem accessing the room when we first arrived. The key to the room was in a lockbox that was rusted shut. The room key that was supposed to be at the entrance lockbox was missing. When we called for assistance our call went to a call center...luckily a resident of the complex came and pried the lockbox open. At no time did the actual owner reach out to us to see if the issues were resolved. Overall the complex was nice with the courtyard pool and the proximity to everything....there might be a better value for your money someplace else.

This AirBnB is in the heart of downtown Flagler Beach and within 1 1/2 blocks of the Flagler Beach fishing pier and beach. The room is on the second floor but the stairs are not too bad. Because there are less than a dozen rooms in this motel and they all face inward toward palm trees and the swimming pool each having a couple of chairs to sit outside on, the room seems tucked away and mostly private. And the clean shared motel laundry room is a bonus with three washers and three dryers included in the price; do your laundry before you head back home or onward. Just a note, parking is street parking which is best accessed (at least during Spring break) before 10 am or after 5 pm. And it is true there are many restaurants, coffee and tea shops, and the beach are all within a couple of blocks in every direction. You will have to drive to the grocery store (Publix or Winn-Dixie). Another bonus saver is being able to cook your meals and store your fresh or frozen food in your own fridge,

My husband and I recommend this place! The host was super helpful with instructions and responded within minutes every time I messaged her. The place itself is in the most PERFECT spot for Flagler, close to everything. We did not use our car all weekend. We were able to walk to get coffee in the AM, walk to the beach, and walk to dinner. We felt very safe here. The pool was an awesome plus! Most of the day there were other guests in the pool, so we only really got in at night. The bed was super comfy and the size was perfect for what we needed. My only negative complaint is that the floors felt sandy whenever walking around with my shoes off, there was a couple hairs on the toilet when we got there, and my husband complained of a urine smell however I didn’t seem to notice and I am very OCD. I would also recommend bringing an eye mask due to the lights outside staying on all night and it shining in some through the window. Overall, we had a great time and we will hopefully be back!

Lindsey was an incredible host and was always super quick to respond! We loved the location, being so close to the ocean! But we also very much enjoyed the pool area. The bed was incredibly comfortable as well!

The location is excellent just a few blocks from the pier. You can walk to restaurants and to the beach. The condo was clean, however there was a slight mildew smell. The AC was not on when I arrived and the room was very muggy.If you have allergies or bad knees may not be the best spot. It’s on the second floor and a bunch of stairs. Not much of a view, but you can see the ocean. Nice pool. Could sit outside your door but no view just of the complex. Complex is old, but the room was redone. The location was the best thing about this place. It was clean & the bed was good.

While we were on a working vacation, it was nice to be close to the beach for a week. We had no problems at all while we were there. Glad there were washers and dryers on property. The place was pretty much in the best location. My wife went to the coffee shops in the morning followed that up by the bakeries and a walk on the beach every morning. We never go to chain restaurants while staying away from home. I must say that is one of the hidden gems of Flager Beach. The local eateries are awesome. We only had to contact our host one time. She gave us the rundown on parking in town and around our rental. We had a short conversation and she gave advise quickly so we could get parked and into the rental. If we ever get another chance to be back in Flagler Beach, we will definitely look up this location and some of our hosts other properties!

Great stay perfect location for walkable entertainment food and the beach. Lindsey was extremely attentive and responsive. The facilities were nicely taken care of and the pool and laundry facilities were clean. Highly recommend!

This is a great locarion in a fun town. Loved the shops and restaurants and don't miss the ice cream at Surfside Shakes! The private heated pool was a bonus! Lindsey is an exceptional host! Short walk to a lovely beach. We loved our stay!

We loved our stay. The place was as described and very clean. Location is perfect to explore the town. Walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Lindsey was prompt with her communication and very helpful. We will definitely be back.

Super bien situé!
Très propre, toutes les commodités!
