Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Located near all the action of Daytona Beach, this updated home three bed one bath is a great spot to enjoy your beach vacation. Adorable outdoor patio area, comfy beds and a fully stocked kitchen will have everything you need at your home away from home. The beach is a short 3 minute drive and you will be right by shopping, dining and entertainment. Grab a board and hit the surf or spend the day soaking up the Florida rays.

Cute bungalow with three beds and a full bathroom, dining room, living room and kitchen. Great patio for playing cards or relaxing in the shade.

Guests will be emailed door code by 2pm the day of check in. You will be required to provide your email so that our door lock service can email you your code.

We are a local property manager that you can reach out to anytime, we are here for you!

No smoking inside the house or near home doors or open windows. Please note, any indication of smoking inside the house or near house where smoke smell (any type-cigs or weed) can get in the room will result in eviction without question and $500 fine.

No Pets allowed at this property.

Damage Waiver Disclaimer:

I. AGREEMENT

On behalf of Salty Dog Vacations, LLC, the party authorized to rent the vacation rental property and the owner of the vacation rental property, Waivo has assumed the responsibility for damages as outlined below and waives Your security deposit up to $2,500, the waiver limit purchased by You, the renter, for your stay at the vacation rental property.

Waivo is hereby responsible for theft or direct damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of Your acts or omissions. Waivo will pay the lesser of the cost of repairs or the cost to replace the property up to $2,500. This waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter for items outside of Waivo’s responsibilities.

This is not an agreement to provide insurance. You are buying a waiver of the security deposit otherwise due as part of Your vacation rental property lease agreement.

II. EXCLUSIONS

This Security Deposit Waiver will not pay for damages or theft resulting from:

1. Acts of God

2. Prior damage, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear

3. Theft without a valid police report if over $250

4. Loss of use of the vacation rental property

5. Rodent, termite, infestation, or wild animal

6. Damage to a motorized vehicle

7. Fine art, collectibles, or sets of items

This Waiver will not pay for damage or theft of property owned by You.

This Waiver will not pay for costs associated with odor, debris removal, backups of sewers and drains, landscaping, marring, maintenance, or mechanical breakdown.

III. CONDITIONS

Waivo has the sole authority to determine the nature and extent of damages, necessary repairs, and eligibility for the waiver, and shall exercise that authority in a reasonable manner.

Waivo reserves the right to determine if damage is eligible for reimbursement at actual cash value.

This Waiver will pay for excessive cleaning, as a direct result of damage, over and above the normal cleaning fee. An irreparable stain or spillage is considered damage.

This Waiver is only effective for a one-time single continuous stay, of up to 90 days, for which You purchased the Waiver. It takes effect when You occupy the vacation rental property and terminates when You depart the same vacation rental property.

This Waiver is only effective if any theft or damage is reported to Waivo by You, the property manager, the online travel agent or the owner of the vacation rental property within 14 days of Your departure from the vacation rental property.

Waivo will not respond to damage or theft under $50 US dollars.

If there is a dispute related to these terms, mediation is required before any party may file litigation. In the event of litigation, all parties waive the right to a jury trial.

IV. DEFINITIONS

You, or Your, is the renter of the vacation rental property and includes the renter’s spouse, children and any other person the renter invited on to the vacation rental property during your stay at the vacation rental property.

I Paid peak because there was a concert. 4 people and all we got was a Lil amenity package enough for 1 person 1 day. I sent text constantly and it was just an automated reply. on day 3 of 4 I sent a text through the app and they replied, bedroom closet door broken and inside the closet. Couldn't hang my clothes because no hangers. Mediocre is how I would describe this place.

As a vacation rental, we provide a starter supply of essentials such as shampoo, soap, and similar items to get guests settled in. These are not stocked for the entire stay, as is common practice for vacation rentals rather than hotels. Many guests choose to bring their own preferred products or pick some up locally once they arrive. We’re sorry to hear about the closet door and the lack of hangers. If we had known about these issues during your stay, we would have gladly sent someone to fix the door right away. Guest comfort is important to us, and we’re always happy to address concerns as soon as we’re aware of them. We appreciate your comments and will take them into consideration as we continue improving the guest experience.

Nice place, good location, Wl Fi - TV stopped working twice Salty blamed it on bike week no help in fixing it, no toaster , 2 forks , could use an interior floor mat ,mirror in bathroom scratched.

The host was very responsive! I would definitely recommend this listing to anyone. It is exactly as depicted in the photos. The neighborhood was quiet and the park near the beach was a quick walk down the street. To get to Daytona beach, it is a very quick drive away from the boardwalk which has very reasonable parking.

Overall good place to stay. House was clean and plenty of space. A few small issues I’m going to point out.. I reached out about early check in, was told someone checked out that day and they would see how soon it could be cleaned, never got a reply after that. Upon arrival, a front window was almost completely open. Thermostat is controlled by owners so it changes whatever you set it on and goes back up to 78 every 2-3 hours which was really annoying at night. The owners did finally fix this issue but you have to ask. In emails, beach chairs were mentioned that you could borrow, just make sure to bring them back, there’s no chairs. Microwave didn’t work, no toaster, oven works but no sheet pans. Many of the outlets don’t work. And there’s no basic cleaning supplies, it’s a beach house so we brought back some sand and there was no broom, mop etc. otherwise we enjoyed our visit, loved the location. Java junction was walking distance, great food & coffee

Thank you Alyssa for taking the time to write us a review. Unfortunately early and late check-in/out is not guaranteed as our cleaners need time to clean the units. We have addressed the Thermostat issue and replaced the microwave.

If your going to almost triple the price for an event do better then this place. After a day there were ants on the floors in the bedroom on our stuff because there’s no place to put luggage except on the floor!! There’s no dishes to use in the oven, 4 forks 5 plates, NOT a fully stocked kitchen. They did leave dish pods for the nonexistent dishwasher. Also found out the thermostat resets to 80 if left alone for 2 hours, the homeowner controls it!! Outlets don’t work or plugs won’t stay in the wall, making getting ready difficult. Fans tick (if they work) remotes don’t have batteries (or don’t work). The house has new floors and had 1 thin coat of paint for the “remodel” bare minimum was done. The beds were comfy and clean thats about it for positives.

They were very helpful and quick to respond when I messaged with a concern or question. We had an issue connecting to the wifi but they were so patient in the process before finally getting me and my family connected! The beds were extremely comfortable, nice hot shower. The smoke detector is a bit sensitive when using the oven but stopped after a few seconds. The neighborhood was pretty bland but it was quiet and the house was still nice inside, no real issues. It definitely served its purpose for 2 nights!

I highly recommend staying at this place. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. The back porch was great for entertaining my guest. The Wi-Fi worked great and was fast. The house was super clean. Thanks again for a great vacation.

This place is a great runaway with friends. We all sat on the back patio and played games and for the most part hung out. Super close to everything we wanted to do. Definitely recommend
