Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place with a fun cowboy pool. Cute 3 bed, 2 bath fully stocked kitchen, fire pit, ping pong, 1 car garage, parking for 3 cars, close to everything. Walk to the beach. Smart TVs, large yard (pet friendly), on sight washer and drier, 10 min from downtown Daytona. Bike along our beautiful beaches or to one of the nearby restaurants or ice cream shops. One hour from Disney and Universal, 1.5 hours to Cape Canaveral & St. Augustine. Great for families. Pet fee is $25 per pet, max 2 pups. Early Check in/Late Checkout $25 per hour. Please reach out to the host for availability.

Damage Waiver Disclaimer:

I. AGREEMENT

On behalf of Salty Dog Vacations, LLC, the party authorized to rent the vacation rental property and the owner of the vacation rental property, Waivo has assumed the responsibility for damages as outlined below and waives Your security deposit up to $2,500, the waiver limit purchased by You, the renter, for your stay at the vacation rental property.

Waivo is hereby responsible for theft or direct damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of Your acts or omissions. Waivo will pay the lesser of the cost of repairs or the cost to replace the property up to $2,500. This waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter for items outside of Waivo’s responsibilities.

This is not an agreement to provide insurance. You are buying a waiver of the security deposit otherwise due as part of Your vacation rental property lease agreement.

II. EXCLUSIONS

This Security Deposit Waiver will not pay for damages or theft resulting from:

1. Acts of God

2. Prior damage, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear

3. Theft without a valid police report if over $250

4. Loss of use of the vacation rental property

5. Rodent, termite, infestation, or wild animal

6. Damage to a motorized vehicle

7. Fine art, collectibles, or sets of items

This Waiver will not pay for damage or theft of property owned by You.

This Waiver will not pay for costs associated with odor, debris removal, backups of sewers and drains, landscaping, marring, maintenance, or mechanical breakdown.

III. CONDITIONS

Waivo has the sole authority to determine the nature and extent of damages, necessary repairs, and eligibility for the waiver, and shall exercise that authority in a reasonable manner.

Waivo reserves the right to determine if damage is eligible for reimbursement at actual cash value.

This Waiver will pay for excessive cleaning, as a direct result of damage, over and above the normal cleaning fee. An irreparable stain or spillage is considered damage.

This Waiver is only effective for a one-time single continuous stay, of up to 90 days, for which You purchased the Waiver. It takes effect when You occupy the vacation rental property and terminates when You depart the same vacation rental property.

This Waiver is only effective if any theft or damage is reported to Waivo by You, the property manager, the online travel agent or the owner of the vacation rental property within 14 days of Your departure from the vacation rental property.

Waivo will not respond to damage or theft under $50 US dollars.

If there is a dispute related to these terms, mediation is required before any party may file litigation. In the event of litigation, all parties waive the right to a jury trial.

IV. DEFINITIONS

You, or Your, is the renter of the vacation rental property and includes the renter’s spouse, children and any other person the renter invited on to the vacation rental property during your stay at the vacation rental property.

There is plenty of room for your pets to walk around just outside the home, and tons of sidewalks that are great for walking as well. The home is super cozy! I looked at multiple homes to stay at that were pet friendly, but I am so glad I booked this one, and I’d love to stay again. One sweet addition is that you can see the intercostal waterway from the front yard. 🙂

It is an easy walk to the beach and restaurants and a brewery. It’s just off the main road, which was helpful for us to keep our dog away from traffic. Would stay again!

Private home and backyard. Inside was roomy, clean, and welcoming. Bedrooms are roomy and beds were comfortable. We loved the house, had everything we needed.The only thing wrong was that the house is really a 2 bed room with a sun room as a third bed room, that does not have air conditioning has a cooling system that does not cool the room farmhouse door has to remain open and even then its hot to sleep in there. The cooling system in the sun room did not cool the room. Other than that house was great.

Beautiful well stocked house in a great location

We had a great time with Salty Dog property. We were given check in details in plenty of time, the house was just as pictured with set up and furniture. We had a little concern (no fault of theirs) when we arrived but they had it addressed and corrected within the hour. One hiccup was the cowboy pool, which was a great option for cooling off in the FL sun, but the pool cleaner informed me that his vacuum was broken and the pool had a fine sand in the bottom. To me it did not seem to be a fine sand but debris and algae like texture floating on the top. The pump did not clean the pool like I was told it would. We spent a lot of the time skimming what we could with the net and only putting our feet in the pool. It was unfortunate but didn't hinder our stay or enjoyment. I loved that the kitchen was clean and orderly and they had plenty of beach towels and chairs. The AC and ceilings fans made it easy to keep the house at a comfortable temperature.

Great little house.

We stayed here for a month. It was a nice house with everything we needed. I was able to make a full Thanksgiving meal in the kitchen. We really enjoyed being close to the beach and close to the yoga studio I go to when in Florida. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location with lots to do in the area! Home was very clean and inviting. Two of the rooms unfortunately do not have central A/C which is hard to handle during a Florida summer. The master bath and 3rd bedroom were always quite warm despite the portable A/C provided for the 3rd bedroom. The heat made this bedroom unusable. If this was fixed in the future my family would definitely return.

Horrible Experience! More horrible Host!! Positive: The location was close to the venue where we were celebrating so we booked it. However, we were not able to stay because the description of the place was totally a lie! Negative: The site said a 3 bedroom with 3 beds in each room, that sleeps 9 people. But there were only 2 bedrooms with one bed in each room and a futon in an open space. On arrival there we spoke to the owner he was so rude and said he didn't see any reason why the entire family, a family of 9, couldn't sleep in 2 beds. When asked for a refund to relocate he refused and ask us to get the f%&k out, then he said if we were not out in 20 minutes he was coming with the police to get us out. I have never had such a terrible experience. Then he blamed booking.com for the misinformation. I am still waiting for my money back. I will fight took and nail to get it.

Beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed, this adorable beach cottage was the ideal setting for a family getaway. The owners thought of every detail. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for cooking and enjoying meals. Bed and bath linens were super soft and fluffy. Above average. Outdoor seating in back is comfortable and lovely. Even a ping pong table in the garage! Of note: this property is dog-friendly, so don't be surprised to find the occasional hair in furniture. Didn't bother us at all, but if you are allergic, be aware! Living room furniture is pretty, but well-loved. May be due for a refresh, but very comfortable.

Spring break 2023

Property was great but the property management company subpar. We had rented this house for our family of five expecting 2 working tolilets. Turns out the toilet in the master bedroom was defective and unusable the entire stay! First, the tank was refilling every minute., making it impossible to sleep since it is literally next to the master bed. The management was informed about this defect and sent a plumber during a timeframe we had informed them we weren't available. The next day, a handyman was sent who deemed the toilet to be working - saying we had simply shut-off the water to the toliet. In fact, the toilet had stopped flushing entirely and had to be flushed manually, at which point it would run without stopping, What was most upsetting about this whole situation is that management company has not seemed concerned that our stay was adversely impacted, the issue was never fixed and they have offered no recouse. We did attempt to contact the company before posting this; however, we never received a follow up call from TJ as promosed. Sorry property owner but the lack of talking responsibility for this by the property management company is unacceptable and should make this property undesirable for others! Who wants to book at 2 bath with no working toilet?

Beautiful house, great location, awesome customer service. Our only issue here was the trundle room. Stepping into this room is like stepping into a different ozone layer. Even after I called and was walked through how to run the air conditioning unit, that room still couldn’t have made it below 85 degrees with a really stagnant air. Which made us unable to use that room completely. Causing 3 of our guests to have to sleep on the living room floor. Overall not that big of a deal, just don’t book and plan on being able to use all 3 rooms comfortably.

Nice house, great location with proximity to beach and restaurants. 3rd bedrooM now has door for privacy but no cooling so gets warm. Trundle bed in that room has thin mattress and probably not comfortable for an adult (my 14 year old was uncomfortable on it). Otherwise our stay was enjoyable, house is clean and nicely updated.

This home was great! Everything was nice and clean and the home is located in a great spot. The kitchen has all of the cookware you need, the beds are super comfy, and the backyard has a wonderful patio area to sit and relax after a long day. It was nice to have the washer and dryer to have all of our laundry clean for our return trip home. The host was super helpful and accommodating. If any questions came up throughout our stay, the host responded very quickly. I was traveling with a co-worker for a work trip and we will book again for our next trip.

House was just as shown , thoughtful items to have coffee creamer for am. Pods for washing clothes , plenty of towels etc .we were happy to have tv in bedroom. We had a relaxing time . Happy we could bring our pups with us .

Nice place well staged. Obviously not experienced renters we had a few hiccups but they responded well to texts but not when we called. It’s listed as a three bedroom but there are only two actual bedrooms with a trundle bed in a common area. Recently remodeled and clean. Over not a bad value except for all the added fees if don’t do something on their list and the cleaning fee is high for a long weekend stay. Overall not the best we have stayed in but they are new and hopefully will get the kinks worked out.
