Description

Change your attitude with a change in latitude at this cozy newly remodeled house nestled in a quiet neighborhood 15 minutes from the world famous beaches of Daytona! This 3 bedroom, 1 bath, pet friendly house ($25/night per pet Fee required) comes equipped with all new upgraded appliances, fenced in back yard, washer and dryer, and more. Whether you are coming to get away, or work remotely this house is in the perfect location. Close to all types of shopping, restaurants, and fun that Daytona Beach has to offer.

**Nearby Jet Ski, Beach Equipment and Watersport facilities and activity rentals are available in our area. However these are not directly provided by Salty Dog Vacations.**

Our offices are located 15 minutes from the property and we are available if needed.

Located in Holly Hill, an adorable community just north of Daytona Beach near the Intracoastal Waterway. Holly Hill has amazing riverfront parks, dining and a nearby brewery & distillery. Just five minutes from all the action of Daytona, Holly Hill is a great place to unwind and enjoy Florida!

You will want a car, motorcycle, Jeep or bicycle. Or come by boat! Make sure to take a drive on the beach and see what it's like to coast on the coast!

We arrived around 1:00 AM to find the provided door code didn’t work. I tried multiple times and texted the “anytime” number with no response, ending up sleeping in the car until 7:00 AM before my class. Just as I was leaving, I finally called and at the same time received a text from another person in the company with the correct code. I later saw another review with the same issue, so it’s not isolated. The unit was mostly clean, but I found small trash under furniture. The biggest concern was a camera in the living room aimed toward the hallway, with a clear view of the bedrooms and bathroom. My wife noticed it our last night, and it frightened our 4-year-old daughter. The space itself was otherwise decent, but the entry code process, and intrusive camera need serious improvement.

Changes in Lattitude is great Positive: Very clean and comfortable location. The support staff is very helpful and responsive. Negative: Further drive than expected to motorspeedway. However, it was still only a 13 minute drive.

Escape to Daytona

The home is cozy. It worked just fine for us. The location made me nervous at first but all was fine. Great location to get to beaches and restaurant's and shopping. Had a smell of grandma when we got there but nothing some Febreze cant help. My suggestion for upgrade would be to buy some decent pots and pans. I know we eat out but sometimes it is nice to cook also and it is lacking. It is a smaller home but it is all you need . Salty Dog rentals was fabulous to work with, always upbeat and know the home.

It was a last minute decision to attend a family event in Ormond Beach, this Airbnb was available immediately after reaching out and the hostess was able to help. The property was very clean and quiet neighborhood for relaxing. It had the most beautiful view of the river to the ocean in such a short distance. My daughter’s and I felt very comfortable and safe. The house was equipped with amenities, however I wished we could have utilized the bikes for riding around the neighborhood. But I must say it was a great stay. Best Kathleen

Even the woman who was there to clean at our check out time was hospitable! The location: as a daytona native, I will tell you this is a very typical single-family home neighborhood. You’re central to EVERYTHING from here. Java Junction is the best donut shop nearby. I read the reviews before booking and was pleasantly surprised when I received the exact address info. And as expected, our stay was very peaceful. The house: cute, exactly as pictured. Updated appliances. Full kitchen of supplies. Cleaning supplies thoughtfully stocked in each room. We slept in the master room and the mattress was very comfortable. Air worked well and the house felt clean. The host: this listing seemed to be hosted by a larger company, who responded quickly when the code provided was incorrect, and stayed in touch via text throughout the stay. Very accessible. 10/10

The house: cute, exactly as pictured. Updated appliances. Full kitchen of supplies. Cleaning supplies thoughtfully stocked in each room. We slept in the master room and the mattress was very comfortable. Air worked well and the house felt clean.
The host: this listing seemed to be hosted by a larger company, who responded quickly when the code provided was incorrect, and stayed in touch via text throughout the stay. Very accessible.

Neighborhood was a little tougher than I wanted but home was exactly as described. Check-In was perfect and it was clean. For 2 guys going to a race it was perfect. I would stay there again 100%.

Great location

This property was absolutely perfect for a getaway. Right next to the beach and within walking distance to local attractions. The host was responsive and communication was seamless. What stood out the most was how this property made us feel right at home! Would definitely recommend!
