Start with coffee on the patio, head out for a beach day, and return to an evening by the pool. The Sea Suite is a dog-friendly, single-story Edgewater home with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and room for up to eight guests. Enjoy a short drive to New Smyrna Beach, local dining and shops, with river access and boat ramps nearby.

The fenced backyard gives you room to relax between adventures. Stretch out on a sun lounger, share a meal outside, or enjoy the patio lighting after sunset. The shallow splash pool is approximately 2–2.5 feet deep and offers a spot to cool off and lounge. Optional pool heating is available by request for an additional charge.

Inside, gather in the open living area for a movie on the 65-inch smart TV or settle in beside the electric fireplace. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware, and dishes, with indoor dining space for meals together.

The split bedroom layout provides separate spaces to unwind:

• Primary bedroom: King bed, full-size sofa bed, and a desk for work or getting ready.

• Second bedroom: Two Twin XL beds.

• Third bedroom: Two full beds.

Maximum overnight occupancy is eight guests.

Essentials are provided. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washer and dryer, free on-site parking, and garage access make everyday routines easier. Dogs are welcome, so your four-legged travel companion can join you for the trip. Pet fees and limits apply.

While pool is always a comfortable temperature in the summer months, optional pool heating to 87 degrees is available in the winter. (Please note that pool equipment is automated and guests are not permitted to tamper with heat settings.)

Guests have access to the home, garage, backyard, pool, and on-site laundry. Self check-in is available through a smart lock beginning at 4 p.m. Your arrival instructions and entry code will be provided before check-in.

Our local Salty Dog Vacations team is available through your booking platform and via phone for questions, local suggestions, and help during your stay. Enjoy the home at your own pace and reach out whenever you need assistance.

Stay in Edgewater on the mainland, a short drive from New Smyrna Beach, local restaurants, and shops. Spend the day by the ocean, explore the Indian River area, or plan time on the water with nearby river access and boat ramps.

Return to your fenced backyard for a pool dip, dinner outside, and a relaxed evening under the patio lights.

A car is recommended for beach trips, groceries, and exploring the area. Free on-site parking and garage access are included. Arrival instructions will explain the approved parking areas.

• The pool is approximately 2–2.5 feet deep. Pool access is not protected by a separate gate or lock. Children require adult supervision around the water. No diving.

• Pool heating is optional and carries an additional charge. Contact us before booking to confirm the current price and availability. Pool equipment and heating controls are managed by our team.

• Dogs only, with a maximum of two unless approved in advance. Pet fees apply; check your booking details for the applicable charge.

• Exterior security cameras are located at the front door and near the pool equipment behind the shed. A noise monitor measures sound levels only and does not record conversations.

• This is a single-story home. Please contact us about specific access needs before booking.

• Check-in begins at 4 p.m. Checkout is by 10 a.m.

• The primary renter must be at least 25.

• Maximum overnight occupancy is eight guests. Only registered guests may stay overnight.

• No parties or events. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.

• Clean up after dogs, prevent digging or damage, and do not leave dogs outside unattended.

• Do not tamper with pool equipment, security cameras, the noise monitor, or entry locks.

• Keep doors and windows closed when air conditioning or heat is running.

• Report damage or maintenance concerns promptly.

• Before departure, rinse and load used dishes into the dishwasher, bag trash, check for personal belongings, and lock up.
