Within walking distance to shopping, dining, fitness club, bait/tackle shop and the Halifax River where you can enjoy fishing at the Veteran's Memorial Riverfront Park. This home features 3 bedrooms, 1 & 1/2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a peaceful enclosed Florida room. (Dogs are welcome; pet fee is $25 per day up to $250 a month)

Although there are many great things within walking distance, you will want a mode of transportation to get you to the beach and all the other fun attractions in Daytona Beach.

Positive: Great home! Great communication! Very clean! Beautiful neighborhood! Great value! We felt like we were at home the whole time! They were so friendly and responded to questions immediately! Negative: There was actually not one thing I didn't like.

We enjoyed our month long stay and would definitely come back again. Its a cute spot in a safe and quiet neighborhood that is very accessible to all Daytona has to offer. AC was cold and wifi strong. Our dogs loved the fully fenced yard. We appreciated the owner's kind understanding when we washed a floor mat and it ripped apart. Nearby we recommend Harts Deli and Mary Jane's Ice Cream, but pizza from Bella Cucina was only OK. A little further away, Zen Bistro for Thai and Macker's Seafood are great.

Great place for family and pets. Really enjoyed our stay and conveniently located. Positive: Privacy and location and was bigger than I expected. Negative: Maybe more instructions on how to work things and couldn’t figure out washer and dryer either

Our entire group enjoyed their stay comfortably for the price. Positive: Multiple beds for a large group with clean bedding and sheets. Kitchen was fully stocked with kitchenware. Negative: Would have liked a second shower and there were broken towel racks in the bathroom. Roku remote in master didn’t work but luckily we have the app so we were able to use the tv still.

Nice home

The pictures describe the house well. It was very neat and clean. It had plenty of utensils, pots, pans, etc but no toaster. In the negative side. The house was extremely humid inside so much that we couldn’t sit down without sitting on something wet. The TV’s in both bedrooms did not work and instruction for WiFi was not in the welcome book. The Salty Dog Mgmt company was quick to answer but their follow up if they had to call you back was poor.

Such a cute house! My friends and I felt right at home. We only stayed one night but it was a great little getaway! Super cozy as well.

We enjoyed our short stay at this quaint little house. The Flordia room back porch area was my favorite part!! Calm and serine and the tile mosaic floor was pretty cool looking!
Quite neighborhood close to things to do and places to eat! The only one thing about the house was the closet lights!! They are motion activated so they, (in both rooms) randomly came on in the middle the night if someone got up to use the restroom or early in the morning and they were bright! We couldn’t figure them out. No way to turn them off, just have to wait it out until they turned off. Overall we were very satisfied with the house and location. Salty was very responsive and communicative. We will look for other homes through Salty on our next visit to Florida.
