Welcome to Drop It Like It’s a Lake Dock, where the lake views are smooth, the vibes are chill, and the only thing you need to drop… is your boat at the dock.

Nestled on the south end of Lake Lanier in Buford, Georgia, this laid-back lake house is just one road up from Holiday Marina and Margaritaville at Lanier Islands, and a quick cruise on the water to Fish Tales and Aqualand Marina. In other words… you're right in the middle of the lake’s favorite hangouts.

So grab your crew, bring the good vibes, and get ready to kick back lake-style.

This spot comes with your own private dock, so roll up with the boat, tie it off, and spend the day swimming, fishing, or floating like the lake boss you are.

When the sun sets, head up to the huge deck overlooking the water and soak in those peaceful Lake Lanier views.

Or slide into the hot tub, lean back, and let the lake life do its thing.

This lake house sleeps up to 14 guests (10 if all adults), making it perfect for family trips, friends’ weekends, celebration getaways, or anyone rolling deep with their lake squad.

Inside you’ll find:

A massive kitchen and huge kitchen island ready for group meals and snack raids.

Tons of seating and hangout spaces.

A game room for when the crew is feeling competitive-Arcade games to bring a retro vibe, full size Golden Tee, poker table (with actual poker set up) and basketball challenge game.

The DRIVEWAY WARNING (No Cap)

Alright… real talk.

The driveway is STEEP. Like… really steep. Like “did I just drive up a roller coaster?” steep.

Most guests handle it just fine, but we like to give the heads up so nobody rolls in surprised.

The walk down to the lake is a bit steep too-not driveway steep but steep enough that we bring it up.
