You'll be sure to enjoy the modern furnishings, newly remodeled bathrooms, spacious living and outdoor entertainment spaces and located within a 10-minute drive to the beach. The pool can be heated for your stay as well with an additional cost of $100/day (hot tub has no heat, please arrange with management to get charges taken care of and set up the pool heat. We had a great stay at Life’s Porpoises! We could tell that a lot of thought went into making the property comfortable and fun. The mattresses were heavenly. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook with. There was also a nice selection of small kitchen appliances. With the billiards table, pool, kayaks, and games, we didn’t need to look far for fun activities. It’s also set in a beautiful area with plenty of nice restaurants and other activities close-by. Pros: Location is great, there’s a great beach 1.5 miles away. The house was clean. They provided shampoo, conditioner, bath products, beach towels. The view of the canal is beautiful and we were able to see dolphins while we were there. Cons: Please be aware if you want to use the heated pool, you must pay AND tell them 2 days prior to your reservation. Also, the “soaking tub” pictured with the pool is not hot and provides no jets (it has the ability but they won’t let you use it in that manner) so if you stay at this property during cold months the pool and soaking tub are useless. The house is a little worn, you can tell it has been used and abused. The kitchen items (utensils, knives, appliances) have some wear and the knives have pieces of them missing and it’s not safe to use. Had to purchase tank for grill If the pool and hot tub situation had been different we would 100% stay at this location again but if you can get a place with no hot tub or pool you can save $$$$

The home was just like the pictures. very clean and had everything in the kitchen I needed. (of course bring your own food and seasonings if you plan on cooking). There were plenty of towels if needed and everything was clean. I hate that it was January so it was a lil too cool for the pool but there is an option for it to be heated (a lil too pricey for me) but at least there's an option. The host were great with communicating when I sent messages. Very rapid response and that's a BIG Plus. All in all it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend the home to others.

we spent the first night in an 83 degree house. windows in bedrooms don't stay open, so had to find random things to keep open. had a toilet issue in guest bath. outside was not cleared of debris. the screen door on slider in kitchen area was not attached and at one point fell on me and hit my head. I went in and at first glance it's absolutely beautiful, and comfortable. They definitely provide all the necessities, but the lack of maintenance shows

It's a beautiful home. Spacious, with an open kitchen/dining area that also opens to pool table area with TV. Great for hanging out, catching up with food and games. Also within view of the swimming pool(to keep an eye on children). Patio is also nice and shaded.

When booking the house, one of the main attractions for us was the advertised boat dock, which appeared available based on the listing photos showing an empty slip. Thankfully, I asked last minute if we could bring our boat, and was surprised to be told we could not use the dock for our boat. Unfortunately, no alternative suggestions were provided, and we had to cancel all of our boating plans for the weekend. Despite this setback, we tried to make the best of our stay. However, we encountered further issues. When we attempted to use the fold-out couch, we found cockroaches inside. Thankfully, we had brought a blow-up mattress. The most serious concern was the live rattlesnake inside the house, which my 2-year-old son discovered. This was extremely frightening. The house appears to have overgrown vegetation around it, which may be attracting wildlife. I contacted the property management immediately, and while they said they would follow up, we never received any response or resolution.

We make annual work trip to Florida every year and Palm Coast area works well for us.
This particular property met pretty much all of our expectations. It was clean, organized, and was supplied well with everything you would need. The host was also very responsive.
My CONS: Were that the cost to heat the pool and jacuzzi were very expensive at $200 per day, so being here in February left the pool useless to us. A few other minor inconveniences were that the fans and lights are confusing to operate with all the remotes. (Weird enough the bedroom lights and fans came on multiple times at 3am). And the wifi router would not allow more than 2 devices to connect at one time.
The pros do out weigh the cons and we would definitely stay here again as long as the weather permits us to use the pool without the cost of heating it.

We wanted to explore the area and needed a nice place to stay to experience Florida lifestyle. This house met all our expectations: from the pool to a great location in C section of Palm coast with proximity to everything and being on a canal. I fell in love with Palm Coast for sure!

Great hosts and a great space for family! The home is in amazing condition, and everything you could need to make the stay comfortable and easy was provided. The pool needed some cleaning, and the customer service team was able to quickly contact pool service to come out the very next morning.

We had a great time staying in this house. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool outside. We were able to spend a good amount of time there thanks to it being screened. We enjoyed the home… had a small pool issue when we arrived as it was around a foot low. Contacted SaltyDog and they said they would call the pool guy but we could just put the hose in the pool. Never seen the pool guy but we let the hose run until the pool was full! Overall good rental! Beds were firm but they slept so good!!!

Very Pleased!

This is a nice house in a quiet neighborhood in Palm Coast. Comfortable and well appointed, with a lovely screened-in outdoor space. It met all of our expectations and we very much enjoyed our visit here. Property management was excellent with communication as well. Would return again.

I have to say I absolutely loved the house. The area sucks. Rude people. The neighbors are absolutely rude. This place is not for children. The neighbor right beside scared my kids they didn’t even want to be outside anymore. The neighbors 4 houses down the canal cussed at my kids from the distance because she fell and was crying he didn’t like that. I’m so glad I didn’t book an extra night.

The stat wad amazing. The beds were a little more firm than I would have expected, but besides that it was perfect. We spent 99% of the stay outside enjoying tge beautiful view and fishing off the canal dock that was just steps from the backdoor. I will definitely be returning for another stay, plus the fishing was AMAZING! I caught 4 species right out the backdoor! Also, the "386" fine dining that is 11 minutes away is literally to die for! Do not miss out on that place if your nearby!!
