Luxury beachfront vacation awaits you at the Minorca Condominium of New Smyrna Beach. Enjoy the glorious amenities at the resort with a huge pool (heated seasonally), direct beach access with private beach walkway. Close to downtown New Smyrna Beach-dining, nightlife, fishing, pickleball, surfing, shopping and tennis... but you may never want to leave this fully stocked elegant Minorca condo! Perfect for families to enjoy the beach, swimming, tennis, boating, sunrise.& sunsets. Relax & enjoy the beach or take a day trip to NASA, Disney, St. Augustine or Universal! **Must be 25 or older to book!**

Beautiful beachfront condo with sweeping views of the beach & ocean, with large modern rooms fully stocked so you don't have to leave during your stay if you don't want to. This unit has two bedrooms, 2 full baths, large kitchen and living room with sliders out to the private balcony where you can enjoy a sunrise over the ocean and dolphins playing in the sea. The building features a private pool with a walkway to beach that is surrounded by natural Florida preserves. Resort amenities include clubhouse, fitness room, tennis and other fun activities.

The Minorca Community is surrounded by a state park, full of natural Florida beauty and mangroves. Located five minutes to the lovely artsy town of New Smyrna Beach, this condo building is the pinnacle of beach luxury. Enjoy all the fun festivals, surfing and local fare of NSB.

You will want a car, motorcycle, Jeep, bike or other mode of transportation to enjoy our fun and quirky beach town. Be advised the unit only has 2 parking spaces allotted, and the HOA is very strict on this.

Guest will be emailed their specific door code by 8pm the night prior to check in. Please note, we will need you to email us your actual email address in order to receive check-in instructions as we use a remote lock system. A Salty Dog Staff may reach out to get this as well so that your check-in is seamless.

Damage Waiver Disclaimer:

I. AGREEMENT

On behalf of Salty Dog Vacations, LLC, the party authorized to rent the vacation rental property and the owner of the vacation rental property, Waivo has assumed the responsibility for damages as outlined below and waives Your security deposit up to $2,500, the waiver limit purchased by You, the renter, for your stay at the vacation rental property.

Waivo is hereby responsible for theft or direct damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of Your acts or omissions. Waivo will pay the lesser of the cost of repairs or the cost to replace the property up to $2,500. This waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter for items outside of Waivo’s responsibilities.

This is not an agreement to provide insurance. You are buying a waiver of the security deposit otherwise due as part of Your vacation rental property lease agreement.

II. EXCLUSIONS

This Security Deposit Waiver will not pay for damages or theft resulting from:

1. Acts of God

2. Prior damage, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear

3. Theft without a valid police report if over $250

4. Loss of use of the vacation rental property

5. Rodent, termite, infestation, or wild animal

6. Damage to a motorized vehicle

7. Fine art, collectibles, or sets of items

This Waiver will not pay for damage or theft of property owned by You.

This Waiver will not pay for costs associated with odor, debris removal, backups of sewers and drains, landscaping, marring, maintenance, or mechanical breakdown.

III. CONDITIONS

Waivo has the sole authority to determine the nature and extent of damages, necessary repairs, and eligibility for the waiver, and shall exercise that authority in a reasonable manner.

Waivo reserves the right to determine if damage is eligible for reimbursement at actual cash value.

This Waiver will pay for excessive cleaning, as a direct result of damage, over and above the normal cleaning fee. An irreparable stain or spillage is considered damage.

This Waiver is only effective for a one-time single continuous stay, of up to 90 days, for which You purchased the Waiver. It takes effect when You occupy the vacation rental property and terminates when You depart the same vacation rental property.

This Waiver is only effective if any theft or damage is reported to Waivo by You, the property manager, the online travel agent or the owner of the vacation rental property within 14 days of Your departure from the vacation rental property.

Waivo will not respond to damage or theft under $50 US dollars.

If there is a dispute related to these terms, mediation is required before any party may file litigation. In the event of litigation, all parties waive the right to a jury trial.

IV. DEFINITIONS

You, or Your, is the renter of the vacation rental property and includes the renter’s spouse, children and any other person the renter invited on to the vacation rental property during your stay at the vacation rental property.

The condo was great: clean and well appointed; it was one of the best properties we have vacationed at. The property was quiet and laid back. Being surrounded by a residential area on one side and a state park on the other the beach wasn’t very crowded and we had our pic of where we wanted to set our chairs. We would definitely recommend this property.

We loved everything about this stay! The condo was stacked with everything you could wish for, had the most gorgeous views (pictures don't do it justice!!) and wonderful amenities. A short walk away from the beach with a beautiful boardwalk through a nature preserve.It was quiet, and peaceful, exactly what we wanted. And in a short drive you are at the heart of NSB.We will be back next year!

Our stay was a very last minute change of plans due to our reservation being canceled in Daytona, with no warning, and we were notified only when we tried to check in! We quickly searched for a new rental and Salty Dog came to the rescue! They had a very quick response time - which at the time, was the most important because we did not have a place to stay! They were able to quickly email me the documents for me to sign and give us the door code for immediate check in. The condo was perfect! They literally have everything you need, other than our groceries. Fully stocked kitchen was so nice to have! A HUGE bonus for the provided 5 beach chairs! They even had a cooler and umbrella in the closet for use. The furniture and beds were all comfortable and clean. I loved that they had extra cozy blankets in the closet for couch cuddles after a long beach day. Pool was clean and not crowded. And what a stunning view from a large balcony! Perfect! Can't wait to return. Thank you!

The unit has an outstanding view of the ocean. It is unique that you can either walk or if needed drive to the beach. They have a beautiful pool and hot tub. On two or the days of our stay we had the pool all to ourselves. Outstanding restaurants nearby, Norwood's in particular, We will be back!

We had a great stay at this condo. The beach was easy to walk to on the boardwalks, and it felt very private since the walkways are only for the condo guests, and this part of the beach was less crowded than the south beach we usually go to. The condo was very spacious with beautiful views of the ocean and beach. It was nice to have a pool only for our condo building, so that it was never crowded at all. We thought the description indicated there were pickle ball courts on property, and there were not, only tennis courts, so this was our only negative. Also we expected check-in instructions to arrive sooner than they did; we had to reach out to them twice the day of our arrival for the instructions. We still received the instructions prior to the access time promised, so not a huge deal. We would definitely stay here again and rent from Salty Dog again.

Lovely condo, great amenities, very communicative, very clean and guest friendly. Rules are strict but we didn’t have any issues nor did it effect our stay. We Had everything we needed. Fabulous accommodations! Super responsive rental company! Flagler Ave is close by with lots of restaurants and shopping. Smyrna Dunes Park is right next door and has a great 1.4 mile boardwalk for walking. We love the angle of the unit for the fact that the balcony is shaded from the sun the majority of the day. We will definitely be back for a return visit!
