The open layout allows for easy movement from the living area to the dining room, which features a table that comfortably seats eight—a perfect venue for shared meals and laughter.

The condo's kitchen is equipped with new appliances, providing everything necessary for culinary adventures—from brewing morning coffee to preparing refreshing drinks.

With all the kitchen essentials at your fingertips, guests can indulge in home-cooked meals or quick snacks before heading out to explore the beach.

One of the standout features of this condo is its three balconies, which offer unparalleled views of the surrounding landscape. Imagine starting your day with a cup of coffee on one balcony, watching the sunrise paint the sky in vibrant hues. As the day transitions into evening, another balcony provides the perfect setting for a cocktail while overlooking the intercoastal waters during sunset. These outdoor spaces, totaling over 300 square feet, create an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and reflection.

Both bedrooms in the condo are designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Each bedroom features spacious walk-in closets, ensuring ample storage for personal belongings. Private balconies attached to both rooms provide additional opportunities to enjoy the scenery in solitude. The master bedroom stands out with its two separate sink areas, enhancing the morning routine for couples or families sharing the space. Each bathroom is designed with functionality and style, catering to the needs of guests.

For those seeking relaxation beyond the beach, the condo offers a range of amenities to enhance the experience. A hot tub and sauna are available, providing a perfect retreat after a long day in the sun. The convenience of a laundry room located within the unit ensures that guests can pack lightly and refresh their wardrobe as needed, adding to the overall comfort of the stay.

Additionally, the condo comes fully equipped with beach essentials, including lounge chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys, making it easy for guests to take full advantage of the nearby shoreline. With the beach just a short walk away, it becomes effortless to alternate between sunbathing, swimming, and relaxing by the pool.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience, making it an ideal choice for both short getaways and long-term stays. With stunning views, modern amenities, and easy access to the beach, it truly represents a paradise found. Whether enjoying coffee at sunrise or cocktails at sunset, guests are sure to create lasting memories in this remarkable space.

**Nearby Jet Ski, Beach Equipment and Watersport facilities and activity rentals are available in our area. However these are not directly provided by Salty Dog Vacations.**

2 bed 2 bath condo, building is directly on the ocean with parking (sorry, no trailers/boats/rvs). Outdoor pool overlooks the beach.

Check in code will be emailed to guest 8pm the night prior to check-in

We work really hard to keep the unit fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We are fun and laid back company and our owners only want to host others that are also fun or laid back. We have done everything we can think of to make this unit an awesome beach retreat and we want you to have the best time ever but we'd love to hear your suggestions, too.

Smoking: We take this very seriously. We don't care what you smoke, just go outside to do it. We don't mess around with this, you will lose your deposit and incur damage fees for us having to have everything (curtains, furniture, etc) cleaned if you smoke anything in the house or if you smoke near doors or windows and the smoke smell gets in the house. It's a non-negotiable so please just go outdoors to smoke and away from the doors. It's Florida so being outside enjoying the sunshine or watching one of our amazing storms can be fun!

Important: Everyone at our company (staff and owners) really loves helping people make great vacation memories. We are human and travel too, and we try to look for the good not the bad when vacationing. The point of telling you that is that this is an awesome unit and we work really hard on it, but things can and will happen. We don't know when the microwave will break (if it does we will replace it) or if a Florida palmetto bug will sneak in the house (we are located in Florida which is a jungle..the unit is treated for pests but sometimes they will sneak in and there is nothing we can do about it). Every unit is professionally cleaned prior to check-in but if our cleaners miss something just give us a call and we will send them right back out to fix it. If things like that would bother you, then we may not be the place for you. These are things that we have experienced as well at vacation rentals while travelling and we roll with the punches and have fun. We are not in this business to be a hotel, we have a fun place for guests to stay with friends and family that is fairly priced.. if you are uptight or looking for perfection we aren't the place for you. If you are ready for fun in the sun with friends and family, adorable decor and a management company that will respond if you do happen to have any issues...book away and get ready to vacay! We've been doing this awhile and are just over uptight people that look for reasons to complain when they should be enjoying their beach vacation. We can't wait to welcome fun and happy people to our beach town.

Insurance/Damage Coverage:

We don't take a damage deposit but instead provide Waivo coverage so if something gets damaged during your stay it's covered up to $2500. Price is already included in booking so there is no extra fee.

I. AGREEMENT

On behalf of Salty Dog Vacations, LLC, the party authorized to rent the vacation rental property and the owner of the vacation rental property, Waivo has assumed the responsibility for damages as outlined below and waives Your security deposit up to $2,500, the waiver limit purchased by You, the renter, for your stay at the vacation rental property.

Waivo is hereby responsible for theft or direct damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of Your acts or omissions. Waivo will pay the lesser of the cost of repairs or the cost to replace the property up to $2,500. This waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter for items outside of Waivo’s responsibilities.

This is not an agreement to provide insurance. You are buying a waiver of the security deposit otherwise due as part of Your vacation rental property lease agreement.

II. EXCLUSIONS

This Security Deposit Waiver will not pay for damages or theft resulting from:

1. Acts of God

2. Prior damage, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear

3. Theft without a valid police report if over $250

4. Loss of use of the vacation rental property

5. Rodent, termite, infestation, or wild animal

6. Damage to a motorized vehicle

7. Fine art, collectibles, or sets of items

This Waiver will not pay for damage or theft of property owned by You.

This Waiver will not pay for costs associated with odor, debris removal, backups of sewers and drains, landscaping, marring, maintenance, or mechanical breakdown.

III. CONDITIONS

Waivo has the sole authority to determine the nature and extent of damages, necessary repairs, and eligibility for the waiver, and shall exercise that authority in a reasonable manner.

Waivo reserves the right to determine if damage is eligible for reimbursement at actual cash value.

This Waiver will pay for excessive cleaning, as a direct result of damage, over and above the normal cleaning fee. An irreparable stain or spillage is considered damage.

This Waiver is only effective for a one-time single continuous stay, of up to 90 days, for which You purchased the Waiver. It takes effect when You occupy the vacation rental property and terminates when You depart the same vacation rental property.

This Waiver is only effective if any theft or damage is reported to Waivo by You, the property manager, the online travel agent or the owner of the vacation rental property within 14 days of Your departure from the vacation rental property.

Waivo will not respond to damage or theft under $50 US dollars.

If there is a dispute related to these terms, mediation is required before any party may file litigation. In the event of litigation, all parties waive the right to a jury trial.

IV. DEFINITIONS

You, or Your, is the renter of the vacation rental property and includes the renter’s spouse, children and any other person the renter invited on to the vacation rental property during your stay at the vacation rental property.

We enjoyed our stay at Ashley Condominiums tremendously!
The space was beautiful just has described. It was very well maintained and better stocked than any condo I’ve ever stayed in.
The only issue we had was with Airbnb regarding the location of the lockbox for the key.
But I called Salty Dog and
they resolved the issue very quickly. Lisa the site manager was absolutely wonderful in helping us get in. We definitely plan on coming back again next year!

We enjoyed our stay at Ashley Condominiums tremendously! The space was beautiful just has described. It was very well maintained and better stocked than any condo I’ve ever stayed in. The only issue we had was with Airbnb regarding the location of the lockbox for the key. But I called Salty Dog and they resolved the issue very quickly. Lisa the site manager was absolutely wonderful in helping us get in. We definitely plan on coming back again next year!

One thing to look out for are the bathroom amenities. The listing shows shampoo, conditioner and shower gel so we didn’t pack any. However they only provided travel sized tubes so if you are staying for a week that simply won’t do.

Everything was wonderful. The host was so nice and very easy to communicate with. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. The pool is lovely and the beach was amazing. I highly recommend this property. We had such a wonderful time and will definitely stay again!

This is a beautiful property with stunning views of the beach or the Halifax river from almost every window. The master bedroom has views of both the river and the ocean. There is a large balcony with a table and chairs in another arrangement with a sofa to enjoy the beautiful views with coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset. The unit was recently remodeled and features a beautiful large kitchen with new appliances, very nice dish and glassware, and everything you need for light meals to a family dinner. There is a large living room overlooking the ocean and a dining room seating eight people. All of the furnishings, especially the bed in the master bedroom are very comfortable. The master bath features a beautiful, very large walk-in shower, and separate vanity bathroom area. There is a pool and deck downstairs directly overlooking the ocean as well as a gym, sauna, and indoor hot tub for relaxing. I cannot wait to stay there again on my next visit to Florida.
