River Front. Fishing, dolphins, views galore!

This home was not adequate for sleeping 12 people, not even 10. The oven was broken, handles as well. We purchased food to cook breakfast and could not use any of it. The coffee pot didn’t work either. The A/C unit was not working properly either. We certainly expected everything to be in working condition and would expect a partial refund for it not. Although the view was nice overall a big disappointment. We did not have adequate time to wait around for a repair person as we were enjoying the bike rally 90% of the time there.

We had a fantastic stay at Frank’s place with a group of six friends during Biketoberfest. The house was easy to find thanks to clear instructions, and there was plenty of parking space for our motorcycles. We especially enjoyed the beautiful sunset views from the backyard! It was a perfect way to unwind after a day of riding. The amenities were great, especially the well-stocked kitchen utensils, making it easy to cook meals and relax. We did encounter a minor issue with one of the showers, the temperature control knob wasn’t responding, but we quickly informed Frank through the Airbnb app. He responded promptly, and the issue was resolved within an hour, which was impressive. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

Nice place on the River to relax. We are more for staying on the Beach but we absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Neighborhood is quiet. We had a relaxing stay. The home is beautiful and everything you need is available at the home. Our family ended up not being able to join us so we ended up staying in the back part of the home. Kinda of a typical beach house was priced proper for what it was. Kitchen very small no where to prep meals, but if you don’t plan on cooking it would be fine. But location again being close to beach was the best part.

The place was awesome and super accommodating to a big group. The place is located on the river and we got to enjoy the sunset every night. The outside seating is super comfortable and there is also an outdoor shower. The location is a 5 minute walk to the beach and close to a taco and ice cream place that we visited often. There is also mini golf nearby.
The place was super clean and prepared for a big group. The beds were super comfy and there was plenty of space. Every room and the main room had big ROKU TVs, AC control in 3 different units of the house, plenty of kitchen supplies, seating for everyone, comfortable couches.
The sunroom is beautiful and has additional seating and dining space in it.
This place was perfect for a group enjoying a week at the beach.
Would definitely come again!

Very beautiful home that sits on the river. Home is in a very centrally located area of everything we wanted to do. We especially enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood was at night.
I would recommend drivingout of the driveway versus backing out. This is a fairly busy street during the day..

Absolutely beautiful sunset views on the Halifax River. This place is super clean. The neighbors are friendly, and the beach is 5 minutes away, walking distance. Kids are best accommodated by the bunk beds, not so much for the adults in the group. All in all, you really can't beat this traditional ranch Florida home on the water.

This was a great space and housed a group of 10 well. The shared bathroom was a little strange but worked for us and the kitchen is not huge but still fulfilled all of our needs. Great location and beautiful surroundings could not fault the value!

OMG!! What a great place. Just love the three separate bathrooms.
The view, just breathtaking!! Our grandson was standing on the banks and was literally splashed by the dolphins jumping so close. We saw dolphins 3 and 4 times a day.
I slept on the sofa bed on the back porch, waking to the view was so wonderful.
Loved the way the bathroom in the hallway has separate toilet areas for each bedroom. Hard to explain or see in pictures but it gives 3 different family members privacy.
The kitchen has everything! Amazing how well stocked!
We saw reviews that said there wasn’t a microwave or enough blankets.
We arrive to find a brand new microwave and lots of blankets and pillows.
Anytime I needed anything, the host responded quickly.
We loved it so much we rented an extra night.
Best rental I have ever had.
Didn’t want to go home!
Can’t wait to go back!

This house is located in a quiet areas. Beautiful and clean. We still needed to drive 10-20 minutes to supermarket or restaurants.
This will be perfect for families with smaller kids. They have bunk beds. However, our kids are bigger and older so the bunk beds were uncomfortable for them.
