Sandpoint Beachfront Ocean Condo with Heated Pool

Description

Come enjoy a beachfront vacation in this beautifully updated 2-bedroom condo in Daytona Beach Shores. Both bedrooms feature ocean and beach views, along with the living room, dining room and kitchen! There is a private laundry room within the condo and a dedicated parking space in the underground garage. The Sandpoint Condominium features an oceanfront heated pool, fitness room, club house and private beach access! Caution: Stabilizer poles have been recently added to the balconies, not imaged. Kids must be supervised at all times.

The master bedroom has a king bed. The guest bedroom has a double bed and single bed. There is a single size air mattress in the hallway closet. The living room couches are brand new, and power operated.

You'll have full access to the condominium and its amenities.

Salty Dog Vacations is here for you! You'll have 24/7 phone access to the management company. If you need anything, does hesitate to give us a ring.

Super fun beachy town, close to restaurants, grocery, the beach, surf shop, attractions and more!

There are local stores within walking distance. The nearest grocery store is Publix, located 1 mile south of the condo. You will want a car or bicycle to get around town.

The location is accurate, and very beautiful beach views and clean rooms. But due to flight delays we arrived after 10pm and our keys weren’t in our lockbox and we had to stay at a different hotel due to service not being 24 hours. Our room ended up having to be changed the next day, in my opinion it was very unprofessional and unorganized for a check in.

Great location and overall ok place. There are support beams on every balcony that are not in the photos and somewhat take away from that space. However the porch is expansive and has a great view. Building itself is pretty dated.

From the moment we walked into the Sandpoint Condo, it smelled unpleasant, and unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. We were only given one set of keys for four adults, which made things very inconvenient—especially since a key was needed for both the front door and to re-enter from the pool area. There was no front desk (something we weren’t told until arrival), and when we tried to clarify parking, the staff was rude and even threatened to have our extra car towed. One of us had to park across the street, even though the parking lot itself had only a couple of cars in it. On top of that, Salt Vacay kept sending repeated texts demanding signed documents, which became frustrating. The bathroom constantly smelled like sewage, adding to the unpleasant stay. Overall, the experience was inconvenient, frustrating, and not at all what we expected. I will definitely make sure to ask in the future if there is a keypad or key card system before booking elsewhere.

Also, there are no basics like cooking oil provided, so bring your own if you plan to cook. The TV was also a bit tricky — we were only able to access one channel and couldn’t get any streaming services to work. Other than that, everything else was perfect and we truly enjoyed our time here.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is exactly like the pictures and the ocean view was spectacular (especially being able to see a complete double rainbow over the ocean after an afternoon thunderstorm). The only issues we had were: 1.) minor miscommunication and unclear instructions about the parking situation as there was construction in the underground parking and the parking spot sign was missing from the upstairs assigned spot. But all was quickly resolved. 2.) we had toilet issues in the hallway bathroom the entire first half of our stay. But Salty Dog was very responsive and worked continuously to try to resolve the matter. Overall, we had an excellent experience. The condo could definitely go for a little cosmetic touch-up but it provided all the comforts of home with luxury vacation views, location, and amenities. I totally hope to stay here again one day!

We just spent a week and we had a great time. Great view and comfortable accommodations. Everything is as described. Salty and crew were very helpful and answered all my question quickly. The area is quiet and peaceful but you will have to drive to most places. Not very much within walking distance. The condo and building could use a few repairs but nothing that would ruin your vacation. We would definitely stay again.

Our expectation upon arrival was exactly how the images are displayed on the website, Bedroom 1 King Bed, Bedroom 2 Double bed and Twin bed, Common Space area Twin bed, which made us short a bed from one of the ladiesBed.

We brought our 3 kids and we could not have been happier. The place was beautiful. Beautiful balcony view of ocean. 2 bathrooms which was very nice.. one of the bathrooms off the master bedroom. Condo had a pool, right down the stairs and you’re on the beach.. everything was PERFECT. My kids did not want to leave
