Great beach location with beautiful up close view!Room is neat and clean and well equipped and communication with owner was great. Entire resort has gotten a beautiful uplift with painted hallways and beautiful pool. Maintenance around the resort is wonderful!

The room was clean and comfortable. My only issue were the roaches. I left my coffee on the counter and came back and there was a roach in it. Also the portable room humidifier had had live roaches crawl out when it was moved. If you can get past the roaches you can’t beat the ocean view.

Pros: The view is incredible and balcony is a nice size :) Close to restaurants and attractions. Cons: Building as a whole is extremely dated and smells of smoke. Unit needs some maintenance as well. Hot water we didn’t have the whole night or morning. Host was slow or didn’t even respond. If looking for a view I’d recommend :) so all depends on what you want

VRBO pictures do not represent the property. Complex is very old and outdated. While attempting to enter our room we found a homeless person living in the hallway talking to themselves and changing clothes. Upon entering the room, we found the bathtub clogged and 1" of standing water. Tub was filled with sand and hair balls. A coat hanger was laying in the tub. I'm assuming cleaning crew was attempting to unclog the tub. The bathroom sink was also clogged, and water would not drain. Closet door was broken and falling down. Visible mold around the tub and floor tile. Also, upon entering the complex my minor (13-years old) granddaughter was approached by a man I'm assuming was a guest or maybe an employee. He made inappropriate sexual comments to her. This complex was like a low income housing project. The area around the complex also did not seem safe.

We had an amazing weekend. The perfect place for a beach getaway. The resort also had a very big clean salt water pool & also a small indoor pool. Food and drinks are great there also! Beachfront balcony was so beautiful!!! we can't wait to book this place again next time!! thank you

It has a great view with the beach only a stones throw from the balcony. There is a nice tv and the two beds are comfy enough. What others have said about the building are true as it is dated and not very clean, but the unit was solid. Also, there is no longer mini golf there. Just two outdoor pools with a small one being covered. Overall was a nice stay.

First, Hope responded generally within the 10 minutes stated in the email that I sent and she tried to resolve the problems but was limited by the size of her employer/company Salty Dog. I think there was not full disclosure—- no direct access to beach, due to last hurricane. You had to go outside to front and use public access to beach. The repairs were being done while we were there but not inspected and available. Well, I learned you get what you pay for— this was reasonably priced but it does not have hot water. Water is barely warm, so if you like a hot shower or bath or hot water to do dishes, this is not for you. We hated this problem. Other issues: The sliding door requires a very strong person to open. First, maintenance had to come and pull out the “Nailed” lock and apply Wd-40 to help it open. This worked about a day. The owner “dropped “ by and told us he had silicone spray and Wd-40 under sink to help and also asked us to try to get some hot water,

Being on the ocean was amazing, kids had a blast. Or view from the balcony was very nice. Hope was amazing at communication from start to finish, she went out of her way at the beginning of our trip when I could get in the unit but it was fixed right ways and the rest of the trip went well. First time experiencing waking up and going to sleep to the sounds of the Ocean. One thing I wish they had was screen doors to be able to leave sliding door open and enjoy they sound all night. The pool was nice and not over crowded, tiki bar was a plus and being steps away from the beach made it all worth it.

Room was freshly remodeled and had everything we needed. Including a huge TV. Kitchen was well equipped. Beautiful view of the ocean and a quick walk down one flight of steps to the pool!!

We love staying at the Hawaiian Inn and this room did not disappoint! It was roomy and well laid out. It had a nice beach theme without appearing cluttered. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The TV was larger than most and had so many choices. The balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean. The best feature for me was how incredibly clean it was. They have an amazing cleaning crew.
