Escape to this beautiful, modern, and adorable retreat! Just 15 minutes from the beach. This charming home sleeps 6 and features a private pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of sun and sand. The stylish coastal décor creates a breezy, inviting vibe, while the fully equipped kitchen and cozy living spaces make it feel like home. Whether you're lounging by the pool or exploring nearby attractions, this getaway is the perfect spot for a fun and relaxing vacation!

**Nearby Jet Ski, Beach Equipment and Watersport facilities and activity rentals are available in our area. However these are not directly provided by Salty Dog Vacations.**

This single-family home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Accommodates up to 6 guests! There is a main living room, dining room, and outdoor patio for entertaining. This home allows for plenty of space for parking on the long driveway! A gorgeous pool to cool off in or dip your toes in the hot tub on a chilly evening. The fully fenced backyard has plenty of space for your pup to hang out. Garage access is available.

Guests will be provided with their unique access code by 8 pm the night before check in. They will use a self entry electronic keypad to gain access to the property.

We work really hard to keep the unit fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We are fun and laid back company and our owners only want to host others that are also fun or laid back. We have done everything we can think of to make this unit an awesome beach retreat and we want you to have the best time ever but we'd love to hear your suggestions, too.

Smoking: We take this very seriously. We don't care what you smoke, just go outside to do it. We don't mess around with this, you will lose your deposit and incur damage fees for us having to have everything (curtains, furniture, etc) cleaned if you smoke anything in the house or if you smoke near doors or windows and the smoke smell gets in the house. It's a non-negotiable so please just go outdoors to smoke and away from the doors. It's Florida so being outside enjoying the sunshine or watching one of our amazing storms can be fun!

Lastly: Everyone at our company (staff and owners) really loves helping people make great vacation memories. We are human and travel too, and we try to look for the good not the bad when vacationing. The point of telling you that is that this is an awesome unit and we work really hard on it, but things can and will happen. We don't know when the microwave will break (if it does we will replace it) or if a Florida palmetto bug will sneak in the house (we are located in Florida which is a jungle..the unit is treated for pests but sometimes they will sneak in and there is nothing we can do about it). Every unit is professionally cleaned prior to check-in but if our cleaners miss something just give us a call and we will send them right back out to fix it. If things like that would bother you, then we may not be the place for you. These are things that we have experienced as well at vacation rentals while travelling and we roll with the punches and have fun. We are not in this business to be a hotel, we have a fun place for guests to stay with friends and family that is fairly priced.. if you are uptight or looking for perfection we aren't the place for you. If you are ready for fun in the sun with friends and family, adorable decor and a management company that will respond if you do happen to have any issues...book away and get ready to vacay! We've been doing this awhile and are just over uptight people that look for reasons to complain when they should be enjoying their beach vacation. We can't wait to welcome fun and happy people to our beach town.

We don't charge a security deposit but instead a small damage waiver which will cover up to $2500 in damage no questions asked. Please note, damage waiver does not cover smoke in house...so please make certain you smoke whatever you smoke outside not near doors/windows. Smoke in unit will result in eviction and a $500 charge to card on file. Please just don't do it.

Damage Waiver Disclaimer:

I. AGREEMENT

On behalf of Salty Dog Vacations, LLC, the party authorized to rent the vacation rental property and the owner of the vacation rental property, Waivo has assumed the responsibility for damages as outlined below and waives Your security deposit up to $2,500, the waiver limit purchased by You, the renter, for your stay at the vacation rental property.

Waivo is hereby responsible for theft or direct damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of Your acts or omissions. Waivo will pay the lesser of the cost of repairs or the cost to replace the property up to $2,500. This waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter for items outside of Waivo’s responsibilities.

This is not an agreement to provide insurance. You are buying a waiver of the security deposit otherwise due as part of Your vacation rental property lease agreement.

II. EXCLUSIONS

This Security Deposit Waiver will not pay for damages or theft resulting from:

1. Acts of God

2. Prior damage, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear

3. Theft without a valid police report if over $250

4. Loss of use of the vacation rental property

5. Rodent, termite, infestation, or wild animal

6. Damage to a motorized vehicle

7. Fine art, collectibles, or sets of items

This Waiver will not pay for damage or theft of property owned by You.

This Waiver will not pay for costs associated with odor, debris removal, backups of sewers and drains, landscaping, marring, maintenance, or mechanical breakdown.

III. CONDITIONS

Waivo has the sole authority to determine the nature and extent of damages, necessary repairs, and eligibility for the waiver, and shall exercise that authority in a reasonable manner.

Waivo reserves the right to determine if damage is eligible for reimbursement at actual cash value.

This Waiver will pay for excessive cleaning, as a direct result of damage, over and above the normal cleaning fee. An irreparable stain or spillage is considered damage.

This Waiver is only effective for a one-time single continuous stay, of up to 90 days, for which You purchased the Waiver. It takes effect when You occupy the vacation rental property and terminates when You depart the same vacation rental property.

This Waiver is only effective if any theft or damage is reported to Waivo by You, the property manager, the online travel agent or the owner of the vacation rental property within 14 days of Your departure from the vacation rental property.

Waivo will not respond to damage or theft under $50 US dollars.

If there is a dispute related to these terms, mediation is required before any party may file litigation. In the event of litigation, all parties waive the right to a jury trial.

We enjoyed our stay, and were happy to find a good place to stay while visiting family last minute. We did have an issue with some ants in the kitchen, and decided to put all our bottles and even closed packaged foods in the fridge. We found some Raid in the cabinet and after spraying, we did not find ants again. The bathrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed using the hot tub, but were surprised that it was very foamy when the jets were turned on. Maybe this was from cleaning products? The last day, I was stripping the bed as instructed for check out, and saw a silverfish on the pillow on the unused side of the bed. I am quite squeamish about bugs, and this bothered me, although I know it’s Florida, and these things happen. Other than that, the home was comfortable, appeared to be clean, and we found it a very convenient and mostly pleasant stay. Thank you for having us. We didn’t call the owner at any point to complain as we weren’t too concerned with these issues

Great stay, helpful host, clean! Brought my skiff boat for some fishing, long driveway and had access to the garage to back the skiff into when I wanted to drive around town but keep the boat secure! Ramp 10 min away!

The tile looks like birch hardwood, very nice touch! Spotless home. You could eat off that floor. Neighborhood was quiet, manicured, and I felt completely safe walking our puppers by myself, even at night. Some of the neighbors stopped to pet our dog. Bob across the street said he hopes we come back :D The rooms were adorable. We stayed in the master at first, which has a soft cozy mattress, but then we tried the queen bed with a firm mattress and loved it. Just preference, but nice that there's different options to fit needs. Now for the backyard; it's a vacation haven!!! It's fenced it for our dog, gorgeous plants! Pristine pool with fountains. Loved the hammock. The screened in patio has plenty of cushioned seating and a big hot tub! Definitely a repeat stay in our future. Thank you!

Just preference, but nice that there's different options to fit needs. Now for the backyard; it's a vacation haven!!! It's fenced it for our dog, gorgeous plants! Pristine pool with fountains. Loved the hammock. The screened in patio has plenty of cushioned seating and a big hot tub! Definitely a repeat stay in our future. Thank you!

We love this place. Close to everything. Quiet neighborhood. Backyard helps you feel like you are in a private oasis. It's a fabulous place close to all shops. Daytona beach is super close. House has everything you need. We will visit again.

Excellent vacation home!

My family, dogs and I had the best weekend getaway at this rental. The house is great! Feels very cozy. The decor was very very cute, perfect beach house theme all around. Everything was extremely clean, smelled great! The kitchen was fully stocked. The pool and spa tub were amazing. The heater for the pool made it all that much more enjoyable since it is quite not summer time yet. The fenced yard was a plus for the dogs to roam and enjoy freely while the humans enjoyed the weather in the pool, hammock, dinning table and outdoor screened patio. So very comfortable and accommodating. We all loved it! The neighborhood was very charming and quiet. We had a blast! Communication with the host was perfect and attentive. We are definitely coming back to this rental when we visit Daytona/Orange Port area again. Cannot recommend this rental enough!!

Liars and scammers

The pool was supposed to be heated- it was COLD - non usable. The OWNER stated it was indeed a heated pool when salty dog said it wasn’t -they lied. They then told me it was 100 a day to heat the pool?? We used the hot tub- 3 people total- it worked for 2 hours then lost all power. Salty dog tried to blame me for this- after sending a technician with his girlfriend, no tools, and zero knowledge to look at it for 30 seconds and tell me it would be 3 days before they could do anything. I then got the blame for SUPPOSEDLY SPLASHING THE MOTOR? This is insane- they never gave me any credit at all for my stay and tried to blame me. I will never ever use salty dog vacations again and will be sharing this experience across all of my social media platforms which reaches over 100,000 people. Be careful who you mess around and try to rip off these days. This is sad extremely sad. All I wanted was a good stay for my family to enjoy a pool and hot tub on our vacation. SALTY DOG VACATIONS ARE SCAMMERS!!
