Karen Russell

Karen Russell has been a part of Salty Dog Vacations since the very beginning, making her the longest-standing team member with the company. Over the years, she has worked in every department at one point or another, giving her a deep understanding of the business and a strong foundation in all aspects of operations.

She currently serves as the Acting Office Manager and Executive Assistant to Krista and Kym, while also playing a key role in the Finance Department. Karen manages Owner Statements, licenses, and various financial operations, helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Karen has called Daytona home for the past 10 years. When she’s not at work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their four legged kids!
