I own several rental properties in different parts of the country. When I first bought our property in Daytona Beach, it was for vacations and as a rental. I started with one company and bookings were very slim and management was not so good. I was involved a lot more than I had time for. We switched to Salty Dog Vacations, met with Corey our property manager, and things have never been easier. On the plus side our occupancy rate has increased significantly. Corey has been great and is always on top of things. We have been absolutely thrilled since switching.
